Last night was the long awaited DeMolay Sweetheart Dance. It was extremely well attended. There were people that I looked for all night and couldn't find until the end of the night because of the crowd. The music was good and everyone seemed to have a good time. I personally was a fan of the 90's at 9.
The best part of the evening was the drawing for the King and Queen of the night. James Gordan won king (shock!). Morgan Fisher won Queen and the two shared an adorable dance. I'm proud to have been present for the song selection, suggested by Libbie Sutherland. And our hearts all went on last night.
Brittany Winebar, Tara Disbrow and I started working on our dance moves last night. I have a theory that if we can bank about 30 awesome dance moves that's all we'll ever need to know. We can use rearrange them and pull them out when necessary. So far we're at like 6 moves. I'm really counting on Dance Central to teach me what I need to know to get by in social situations.
Today has been a good day. I spent quite a bit of the day with Brittany working on things for Session. I hope everyone had a good time and you are all getting ready for the term to start up.
